FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a subsea launchers and machines and can be used to run the unmanned aerial vehicle from the water. For concealed underwater movement of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and its release at launching base the UAV is moved as part of the submersible transport and launch container. Moving, prelaunch preparation and launch of the UAV are carried out with the help of the transport and launch container (TLK) of the actuator module as part of its support, self-propelled deep-launch complex (SPDLC) having a bow, starting, operating and stern modules. After the moving to the launching base and then prelaunch preparation TLK is subsequently separated from starting module which get positive buoyancy and float. Flight task for UAV is introduced from SPDLC control system before starting using the connecting cable. After the release of TLK of the water vertically happens the separation of its nose. Under the influence of powder gases of squibs the start of UAV is carried out of the water into the air with its release on the flight line.

EFFECT: with the help of the invention the ability to deliver the unmanned aerial vehicle to the launch site, concealed movement to the launching base and start from under the water are achieved.
