FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of junctions impregnation of electrical products, representing a frame with multilayered winding electric wires on it and the presence of output ends of the wires BPVL with combined braid from natural and synthetic yarns impregnated with insulating varnish. The method of junctions impregnation by varnish ML-92 is presented as a junctions impregnation treatment with a multilayer winding by vacuum pressure. Previously degreased by wiping with a cloth, moistened with alcohol or alcohol-gasoline blend, and wiped with a dry cloth coils with the presence of the coil lead-out ends of the wires BPVL heated in an oven at a temperature of 60…70 °C for 2 hours, impregnation of coils produced in the autoclave by varnish ML-92 in the state of delivery, washing of impregnated coils is produced only by white spirit with a cloth, before the final drying produce an additional outlet ends lubrication by castor oil, final drying varnish impregnated ML-92 coils produce by the following mode: 5 hours at a temperature of 65-85°C, then 5 hours at a temperature of 90-100 °C, then 10 hours at a temperature of 110-120 °C.
EFFECT: increasing electrical insulating properties of products, mechanical strength and moisture resistance braid outlet ends.
