FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: trigger dispenser (1) comprises a container (C) with the internal space (V) for the fluid and a spray head (20) adapted for attachment to a container (C). The spray head (20) comprises a pressure chamber (24) with the piston (26) bounded by a wall (92) nozzle (90), a spray channel (30) for outputting a sprayable liquid spray valve (200) for controlling the output of fluid from the pressure chamber ( 24) in the active stage, the frame (22), wherein the pressure chamber is made (24) and which is attached to the spray valve, a connecting device configured separately from the spray valve, and providing the mechanical connection with the frame of said valve (22). The piston (26) is controlled by the trigger and is slidable in the pressure chamber (24) so that it moves when dispersed, creating pressure in the pressure chamber (24), and it provides suction in the pressure chamber (24) during the reverse motion. Nozzle (90) is hydraulically connected with a pressure chamber for passing fluid supplied to the pressure chamber during the reverse movement and exiting said chamber by spraying. The spray channel (30) communicates with a pressure chamber (24) through the mentioned nozzle (90). The spray valve includes a contact wall (208) which is adapted to sealing slide on the first portion (92a') of the wall (92), bounding the nozzle, isolating before spraying pressure chamber (24) of the spray channel (30), and with the possibility of contact with the second portion (92a ") of the wall (92) bounding the nozzle having a channel (92b) for communicating the pressure chamber (24) with the spray channel (30) by spraying. The frame (22) includes an annular connecting wall (100) defining an intermediate chamber (102) adapted to communicate with a passage (93) through the nozzle (90) and the intermediate channel (104) which connects the intermediate chamber (102) with the sprayer channel (30). The spray valve includes a main body (200) connected to the connecting wall (100) and the wall (92) nozzle, limiting the intermediate chamber (102).
EFFECT: high cyclical accuracy and sputtering while maintaining its design simplicity, high reliability of the device.
