SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. To ensure mechanical strength more than or equal to 600 MPa and elongation at break more than or equal to 20 %, rolled steel sheet is made, chemical composition of which includes, wt%: 0.10≤C≤0.30, 6.0≤Mn≤15.0, 6.0≤Al≤15.0, and, optionally, one or more elements chosen from among following: Si≤2.0, Ti≤0.2, V≤0.6 and Nb≤0.3, iron and processing unavoidable impurities making up balance, with observation of condition: weight ratio of manganese to mass of aluminium .

EFFECT: sheet microstructure comprises ferrite, austenite and kappa-extraction in amount of up to 5 % at ratio of area.
