SUBSTANCE: vessel hull is proposed which consists of frames, stringers and a shell and has stanchions and deck plating, thus on the deck plates there are compressed air cylinders fastened with the stanchions connected to water-tight containers of flexible material.
EFFECT: increased safety when the vessel hull is ruptured.
