SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for insulating part of a well. Device for insulating part of a well includes a pipe provided along its outer side with at least one tubular metal casing forming the first outer casing, opposite ends of which are fixed directly or indirectly with the said outer side of the pipe. Said pipe, the first outer casing and its ends all together confine an annular space between them. In the pipe wall there is at least one hole called the first hole, through which it is interconnected with the space. Said first outer casing is made with the possibility of expansion and tight adjacency to the well on the intermediate part of its length. Device comprises the second expanding inner casing, which is located between the said pipe and the first casing, herewith its ends are also fixed directly or indirectly with the outer side of the said pipe being clamped between the ends of the first casing and the outer side of the pipe. Device contains at least one connection channel called the second hole between the space located outside of the first casing and the above said space, herewith the said space does not contain any solid or sealing material, or a liquid, or a paste, which can harden.
EFFECT: technical result is providing sealing efficiency.
