FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a containment pond 1, penstock conduit 2, console head 3, a pipeline end 2 is placed on a concrete base 4. The console head 3 has the transverse water discharge closed tray 5 at the pipeline end 2, made in the plane of rectangular shape, the transverse wall 6 is mounted at its housing end. There are holes 7 in the lateral wall 6 for fastening the short exhaust pipes 8, connecting the tray 5 cavity. The transverse water discharge tray 5 is located at some distance above the dam slope of the containment pond 1 and fixed to the pipeline end 2. The tray 5 by the lower end is rested at the dam slope with the slab floors for its additional stable position over the containment pond 1, on the basis of its high position and the filling with flow. The slope section is overlapped with the metal plate 10 in the place of the spray falling at the dam slope. Provision of the given distribution of wastes flow intensity along the dam slope fixation and provision of the falling flow dropped from the tray through the outlet pipes is achieved by their length and the corresponding geometrical dimensions of the water discharged closed tray itself.
EFFECT: reduction of the strengthened dam slope section erosion, simple structure, operation stability and reliability, improved mating of the discharged flow along the dam slope with reduction of the flow intensity at the outlet from the water discharge closed tray.
