SUBSTANCE: method comprises sequential forming of packaging structures with first and second openings, each of which has an interior space or volume, cyclically repetitive the distribution of given amount of bulk product and the product positioning in the horizontally moving near the first hole trays, the product transportation is made through the channel into the interior space by creating vacuum through the second open hole while shaking the product and closing the first and second holes, wherein the channel purification from the product ends is carried out by a plunger, which moves horizontally with the appropriate moving tray. Device for performing the method comprises means for formatting the packaging structures, for distribution of the product, for its transfer into the interior space by a vacuum with simultaneous shaking, whereas packaging structures move along the supply line, and means, which provide closing the first and second holes. Other versions of the method and the device relate to the product packaging into cardboard and these embodiments include substantially the same characteristics as those, described above.
