FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: injection cooling unit for use in an internal platform of turbine nozzle blade comprises an injection cooling insert, an injection cooling chamber and a pipe element. The injection cooling insert is located in the cavity of the aerodynamic nozzle blade part. The injection cooling chamber is disposed in the inner platform near the injection cooling insert, and the injection cooling chamber has a locating hole. The pipe element extends from the locating hole of the injection cooling chamber into the cavity of aerodynamic nozzle blade part, and the locating hole extends around the pipe element. When installing the injection cooling unit in the internal platform, first the insert is placed in the cavity of the aerodynamic blade part. Then, the outlet opening cover is placed over the cavity opening, and the injection cooling chamber is placed in the platform cavity. The loose pipe element is inserted through the locating hole of the injection cooling chamber into the cavity for the insertion air flow. Then, the locating hole is closed.
EFFECT: injection cooling unit assembly and disassembly simplification.
