FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic lock contains a hook in the form of an U-shaped bracket with the side bends. The front part of the hook base protrudes beyond the side bends of the hook and is bent at an acute angle towards the side bends of the hook. The lock body is in the form of the second U-shaped bracket of non-magnetically conductive material with the side bends. There are holes on each side bend of the body and the hook, through which the axle is installed, providing the hook turn. The L-shaped magnetic circuit is fixed on the outer surface of the rear hook bend, on the outer surface of which a permanent magnet is installed, forming a magnetic field of scattering the permanent magnet in the air gap between the outer surface of the permanent magnet and the L-shaped part of the magnetic circuit. The second L-shaped magnetic circuit is installed on the inner surface of the rear body bend, on which the electromagnet with an anchor is located, forming a magnetic field of scattering the electromagnet in the air gap between the anchor and the second magnetic circuit. The air gap, allowing the hook to rotate on the axis, is created between the outer surface of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet anchor, as well as between the L-shaped part end of the first magnetic circuit and the end of the second magnetic circuit. An L-shaped plate with a sleeve is installed on the axis, on which a spring is put on, one end of which is fixed in the hole on the L-shaped plate, and the second end - in the hole on the side body bend adjacent to the sleeve. A limit switch is installed at the same body bend with the control rod, which rests on the edge of the upper end surface of the L-shaped plate. There is a support on the door, which rests on the bent part end of the hook base, and the upper support surface rests on the L-shaped part end of the L-shaped plate. The lock control is carried out by the magnetic field interaction of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet, that simplifies the design, improves reliability of the lock and reduces power consumption.

EFFECT: built-in sensor of the door position allows to use the lock with remote control systems.
