FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: loading device contains drive, housing with a lid, made with a hollow shaft, gear reducer mounted in the lid, which small gear is mounted on the drive shaft, and large one - on the hollow shaft of the lid, helical gear, mounted in the hollow shaft of the lid, wave gear, the rigid wheel of which is fixed to the housing, and the flexible gear - with the helical gear screw, and the deformations waves generator, connected to the large gear of the gear reducer. The nut of the screw gear in the form of movable sleeve is connected with the lid by means of key joint, and the thrust bearing. The device is provided with the second lid with the threaded hole, the cylinder, the end of which is performed with the radial slots, the stop nut and pins. The flange with flexible wheel holes of the wave gear and the flange with holes of helical gear screw are connected to the cylinder by pins, mounted in the flanges holes and in the radial slots of the cylinder end, connected with the housing, by the thrust nut and the second lid thrust bearing, and the outer end of the body lid hollow shaft is provided with the thread. In the housing in the thrust bearing area there is the annular slot with installed therein the resistance strain gauges, connected into the strain gauge bridge, which converts the deformation of the body into the electrical voltage proportional to the developed force.
