SUBSTANCE: to produce the plant stimulator, containing 0.005% aqueous solution of O,O-dimethyl{(6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-yl)methyl}phosphonate, the reaction of 2-pinene-10-ylphosphonic acid dichloride with absolute methanol and triethylamine, taken in the molar ratio of 1:2:2, in absolute diethyl ether under cooling down to 0-5°C, and dissolving the produced O,O-dimethyl{(6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene-2-yl)methyl}phosphonate in water to obtain a 0.005% aqueous solution are performed.
EFFECT: invention creates a stimulator that increases the germinating power and ability of grain crop seeds.
