FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for the single-piece feeding of long blanks has an inclined feed grate (2) with grooves, stops (5) placed along the axis of the workpiece, the transmission mechanism (4) with the drive, slide-ways (3) and with the slots receiving roller (1). The slant feed grate can change the angle. The transmission mechanism is designed as a lever with multi-arm levers with equal angles between its shoulder and a shaft which are mounted in inclined slots of the lattice and the feed slide-ways rigidly connected to the shaft along its length. The shaft is rotatably mounted around an axis and parallel to the workpiece axis. The drive of shaft rotation is designed as a ratchet mechanism, the ratchet wheel has a number of teeth, which is multiple to the number of multi-arm levers and is rigidly planted on the shaft. Rotation drive of the pawl with the ratchet yoke, rotatably fitted in the shaft and is designed as a ram, which is pivotally connected to the yoke.
