FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: gravity davit is proposed comprising a base frame with a stopper, a double-supported beam with the suspension, two levers, units, a telescopic rod and two ejectors, wherein the spring ejectors, separately mounted, are applied in the davit design, the upper body end of which is pivotally mounted on the axle to the beam, and the lower rod end is pivotally mounted on the axle to the bracket mounted on the ejector support, wherein the bracket with the ejector support is mounted between the rear pivot support and the front pivot support so that the ejector springs are in the relaxed state when at the in-stow position, without creating an impact on the double-supported beam, and at the beginning and during rotation under the force generated by the double-supported beam weight with the levers around the rear hinge axle, the springs are compressed, and, by acting on the double-supported beam, creat a moment to rotate the double-supported beam around the front hinge axis and to swing out themselves.

EFFECT: increasing the durability and reliability of the davit.
