FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a protein biologically active forage additive, comprising soaking seeds in the electro-activated water, germinating and seedling forcing. The initial seeds are represented by alfalfa seeds. Washing the alfalfa seeds is carried out with tap water for 4-8 minutes. Thereinafter the washed grains are soaked with anolyte with pH of 3.0-11.2 units and the redox potential of 310-1100 mV, the oxygen concentration of 7.2 - 16.0 mg/l, and the chlorine concentration of 0.003-0.007 mg/l for 3.0-4.5 hours. Thereafter, the anolyte is removed, and the re-washing of seeds is carried out with tap water for 3-8 minutes. The seeds germination is carried out in a thin layer without using a substrate, by means of the air-irrigation method at periodic tedding.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain a high-quality protein biologically active forage additive.
