SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and assembly unit for the child transporting, such as a baby carriage or a wheeled child chair. Device for transporting a child comprises bearing pedestals of the first and second wheels, the pusher bar and the connector device comprising a connector element for releasable connection with a supporting device for the baby. The device is made capable to turn between a folded and unfolded position. The connector element is pivotally connected to one of the first or second pedestals, the connector device comprises a transfer between the connector element and the other of the first or second pedestals for the connector element rotation while turning the baby carriage from the unfolded position to the fold position. An assembly unit for transporting a child contains a device for the child transporting and the child supporting device adapted for connection to the device via the device connector element.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a reduction in the volume occupied by a baby carriage in the folded state, and the possibility of disconnecting the maintenance support.
