FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing hydrocarbons suitable for use as components of diesel fuel which comprises a decarbonylation/decarboxylation of stearic acid in a solvent under hydrogen atmosphere at 350-400°C and a hydrogen pressure of 0.1-5 MPa in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst comprising octasodium salt 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octacarboxyphthalocyanine of cobalt, inflicted on aluminium acid.
EFFECT: creating a catalytic process for the preparation of hydrocarbons from renewable raw materials with replacement of the expensive palladium catalyst with the catalyst containing no noble metals.
