SUBSTANCE: device for trapping biogas from neutralized livestock waste during aerobic preparation of undiluted manure contains the aeration tank 1 for filling it with sewage. The racks of the aeration tank 1 are made vertical to support the dome, and the side spaces between the racks are lined with protective side vertical plates. In the upper part of the dome space of the dome, a pack of gas collecting perforated rings 4 made of polyethylene material is fixed. The rings 4 are interconnected by the rigid pipes 5 and by means of cables are fixed to the transverse beam in the dome space of the dome above the wastewater mirror area in the aeration tank 1 structure. The collecting reservoir is configured in the form of a rigid ring 9, is fixed on the perimeter of racks in the dome space of the dome and connected by means of pipes 8 with the gas-collection perforated rings 4. From the collecting reservoir in the form of the ring 9 the imperforate flexible tube 10 is extended above the ground surface and is fixed on the racks. The flexible pipe 10 is equipped with a condensate collector, a flowmeter, a stopcock and a conveying conduit 15, communicates via the compressor station 16 to the cogenerator 17. The imperforate flexible tube 10 has the outlet 18 of compressed gas.
EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the reliability and efficiency of the device for trapping and collecting biogas in upper atmosphere layers in the closed aeration tank structure while reducing material consumption and simplifying its assembly.
