The device comprises a tank to hold washing water, a drum installed with possibility to rotate in the tank, a water supply unit to supply washing water into the tank and the water drain unit to drain the washing water from the tank, where the water supply unit communicates with the water drain unit.

EFFECT: invention prevents washing water to stay in the water supply pipe made with possibility to supply washing water into the tank, and prevents washing water supplied into the tank to drain through the water drain unit thanks to syphoning.
