FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: fire extinguishing module, comprising a body made of profiled steel strips into which a cylinder with a siphon tube is vertically mounted, divided by liquid level into liquid and gas volumes, and filled with a fire extinguishing liquid under pressure of compressed gas. At the exit of the cylinder a pyrotechnic-type shut-off device is installed, which is connected electrically through the control device with smoke detectors, and hydraulically with a sprayer connected to the siphon tube. The atomizer is made in the form of a deluge head, the body of which is made in the form of a central bush with an external hexagonal and internal cylindrical surfaces. To one of the end faces, the inlet branch is axially symmetrically fastened by means of a lock nut, and to the other face, a spraying element made in the form of a sleeve whose internal diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the inlet branch and to which a socket is attached by means of arcs arranged along a conical surface. The socket is a part of the spherical surface bounded by the inner and outer hemispheres, with the center of the hemisphere lying on the line connecting the axes of the central sleeve and the axis of the inlet branch. On the outer side of spherical surface grooves are made, the axes of which are located on the radial lines with respect to the hemisphere. Throat holes are made in the peripheral part of the hemisphere, the centers of which lie in a plane parallel to the diametral plane of the hemisphere, which is perpendicular to the axis of the inlet branch. A locking valve, which is arranged in the form of a ball and fixed by a spring located inside the central sleeve to a conical surface formed at the end of the inlet branch, which faces the spraying element, is arranged axially symmetrically to the spraying element. In the lateral surface of the central sleeve with the external hexagonal and internal cylindrical surfaces, the throat holes inclined towards the socket are made; their axes intersect at a point lying on the axis of the central hub and constitute an acute angle with this axis in the plane of the drawing.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of fire extinguishing due to increased efficiency.
