FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of the conversion process of heavy hydrocarbon material, which is more flexible with regard to the production of propylene, gasoline and middle distillate. One version comprises the following stages when the process is carried out in the mode of "maxi propylene": a) stage of catalytic cracking (FCC) of the heavy fraction, which gives the fraction of gasoline C5-220°C, when FCC is focused on the production of gasoline and C5-150°C when FCC is aimed at producing middle distillates; b) stage for selective hydrogenation (SHU) of gasoline fraction coming from the catalytic cracking apparatus (FCC), carried out under the following conditions: pressure of from 0.5 to 5 MPa, temperature of from 80°C to 220°C, a hourly volumetric flow rate of the liquid (LHSV) of from 1 to 10 h-1, where the liquid hourly volumetric flow rate is expressed in liters of raw material per liter of catalyst per hour (l/l⋅h); c) stage of separation by distillation (SPLIT) of gasoline coming from stage b), which allows to separate two fractions: fraction of light gasoline C5-Pf, and fraction of heavy gasoline Pf-220°C, where the temperature Pf, which is the demarcation between light gasoline and heavy gasoline, is from 50°C to 150°C, preferably from 50°C to 100°C, more preferably from 50°C to 80°C; d) stage of purification (PUR) of light gasoline C5-Pf, coming from stage c), for the removal of nitrogen up to the content of less than 1 ppm by weight, preferably less than 0.2 ppm by weight; e) stage of oligomerization (OLG) of light gasoline C5-Pf, exiting from the purification stage (PUR), where the operating conditions in the said stage of oligomerization (OLG) are the following: temperature from 60°C to 350°C, preferably from 100°C to 300°C, more preferably 120°C to 250°C, pressure of from 1 to 10 MPa (1 MPa = 106 Pa), preferably from 2 to 8 MPa, and more preferably from 3 to 6 MPa, catalysts based on an aluminosilicate, or amorphous aluminosilicate, or a polymer of an organic acid or zeolites, preferably catalysts based on aluminosilicate, or amorphous aluminosilicate, or a polymer of an organic acid, preferably of sulfonated resin type; f) stage of separating oligomers obtained at the exit of stage e), that allows to obtain at least two fractions: a gasoline fraction C5-150°C, a distillate fraction 150°C+, where the method acting in the mode of "maxi propylene" is characterised by the fact that the gasoline fraction C5-150°C and distillate fraction 150°C+ (exiting from the oligomers separation stage) is recycled to the FCC. Other versions relate to "maxi gasoline" and "maxi-distillate".
EFFECT: use of the present invention improves the oligomerization catalyst cycle life.
