SUBSTANCE: composition of the mulching coating contains components at the following ratios, wt p: lignosulfonate (0.1-0.5), carbamide (0.4-0.8), Na-carboxymethyl cellulose (0.3-0.4), double superphosphate (3-6), needles humus (8-9) and dry river algae (16-20).
EFFECT: provided utilisation of human economic activity waste while improving the condition of the soil.
