SUBSTANCE: system comprises a regulator fuel 1 with load regulator 2, which regulates the ventilation member 6, primary air controller 7, the nonlinear element 15 regulating the fuel supply body sensor 11, for estimating the beater wear rate on the amount of coal supplied to the mill, the regulator sensor ventilation minimum ventilation regulator 18, a comparing unit for generating a command signal to transfer installation minimum ventilation and productivity, switching unit, setting unit amount of coal, milled since the change of beater, minimum ventilation setpoint, RS-trigger 12, former "start" command 13 and the driver "Reset" command 14.
EFFECT: improved accuracy load control and ventilation, coal mill when operating at variable loads.
