MOBILE TOW SURFACE LIFT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B61B11/00

Abstract RU 2619352 C1

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, a vehicle semitrailer with a removable top in the form of a plastic casing, on the platform of which the removable frame with the drive in the form of a gear motor is fixed thereto, is used in the tow lift as a mobile component of the mobile station. As an autonomous power unit, a gasoline or a diesel generator is used, connected to the automatic control unit for the movement of the closed bearing-tension cable between the stations. The automatic control unit is connected to the drive. A drive pulley is mounted on the drive shaft with the possibility of adjusting its reinstalling along the shaft while changing the height of the stretched closed bearing-tension cable with respect to the selected track. In addition to the drive pulley, the tension pulley connected to the drive pulley by the closed bearing-tension cable, is mounted and rigidly fixed to the frame of the mobile drive station. The tow lift also comprises guide rollers on both sides of the tension pulley and the rack with the possibility to telescopically extend for supporting the rope and changing the elevation of the closed bearing-tension rope relative to the track. The mobile component - the vehicle semitrailer - is made with the assembly for fixation to the installation place on the selected land portion in the form of an anchor fastening, and the tensioning mechanism in the form of a winch. The portable bypass station is made in the form of a rigidly fixed triangular-shaped support with the truncated apex at the top for stable fixing thereon the bypass pulley on the movable hinge; this support is connected to the anchors by the fixation assembly with a cable with an interference fit. The autonomous stirrup is made in the form of a device containing a hook and a crossbeam or a handle, connected by a flexible halyard.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the tow surface lift, simplifying its operation, improving the reliability.
