SUBSTANCE: installation for seed pelleting contains a cylindrical housing, inside which a working element is arranged, made in the form of bowls mounted on a common vertical axis driven into rotational movement from the drive mechanism, guiding funnels, a calibration sieve installed under the bowls and arranged in the lower part of the housing, with a sloping board. Wherein inside the housing, above each bowl an adhesive liquid sprayer is arranged, connected by means of a tube to a pipeline; a vibrator is mounted on the housing. Each tube is installed through an opening in the housing, which is covered with a corrugated case.
EFFECT: invention allows the possibility of pre-applying the adhesive liquid to the seeds before coating them with the pelleting mass components, while simultaneously providing rotational and vibrational movements of the working device element for high-quality seed pelleting.
