SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of turbine units operating at high temperatures. Method of producing single-block turbine assembly (10, 10A) in the form of at least two aerodynamic profiles (12, 14) arranged between two platforms (46, 46΄) involves creating the first protection by applying a heat shielding coating on at least two adjacent aerodynamic profiles (12, 14); wherein during the application at least one area (16) of one aerodynamic profile (14), located in the shadow zone of another aerodynamic profile (12, 14), remains untreated; creating the second protection of at least one untreated area (16) of one aerodynamic profile (14), located in the shadow zone of another aerodynamic profile (12, 14), by modifying the surface before applying a protective coating or after its application; wherein the first and second protections differ from one another and the second protection technology involves modifying the surface of at least one area (16) of one aerodynamic profile (14) of two adjacent aerodynamic profiles (12, 14), which remains untreated or which is non-treated by application of a coating, or etching, or roughening, or by chemical conversion of surface.

EFFECT: increased service life of turbine unit due to better quality of coating.
