FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: mineral and organic fertiliser for top dressing of garden roses contains an organic constituent and mineral components, the excess active sludge of biological cleaning of public utilities being used as the organic constituent, and dual superphosphate, ammonium nitrate, boric acid and potassium sulfate - as the mineral components. All the components are taken at a certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate the growth and development of garden roses, to improve the structure and fertility of the soil.
