SUBSTANCE: method for tuning power control parameters of sounding reference signals in a time division duplex system is applied to the terminal and the system and includes: determining by the terminal power control parameters of SRS sounding reference signal and determining the transmission power of sounding reference signals based on power control parameters; transmitting by the terminal SRS sounding reference signals based on the determined transmission power of SRS sounding reference signals; determining by the base station power control parameters used by terminal in SRS resources; reception by the base station of SRS signals based on power control parameters. In the embodiment of present invention, a system for tuning power control parameters of sounding reference signals in a time division duplex system that corresponds to the above method, is also disclosed.

EFFECT: in an embodiment of the present invention, the flexibility is satisfactory, and the utilisation rate of the TDD mode uplink resources can be increased.
