SUBSTANCE: snowblower for biasing snow from the city roads in traffic on the vehicle routes, contains a vehicle and a passive actuator for biasing snow. The vehicle is adapted to carry passengers on city routes of the route vehicles. The actuator for biasing snow is made with the capturing width equal to the vehicle width plus 400 mm, minus 300 mm on both sides. Herewith the actuator is equipped with a passage or passages adapted to transmit the snow part and made with the height of 70-280 mm with the possibility of creating a shaft of the shifted snow with the height not more than the permitted one.

EFFECT: expansion of the vehicle functionality, the exception of increasing the amount of interference to the traffic flow, creating a shaft of the shifted snow with the height not more than the permitted one.
