FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two concentric vertical cylinders (6, 7) forming "dry" (9) and "wet" (10) air paths, "wet" channel (10) is provided with a hydrophobic capillary-porous surface (8) wetted by water, the wind power installation (4). "Wet" channel (10) is arranged in the inner vertical cylinder (6). The hydrophobic capillary-porous surface (8) is attached to the inner wall of the inner cylinder (6). Concentric "dry" channel (9) is arranged between the outer (7) and inner (6) vertical cylinders. At the bottom of the outer cylinder (7) water container (14) is mounted to collect the condensed moisture, a drip grid (12) and a plurality of rows of plates to drain moisture (13) in a water tank (14). The plates (13) are arranged with gaps therebetween for the passage of the air flow. Water tank (14) is connected to a pump irrigation conduit (11) with the upper part of the hydrophobic face (8) and the fresh water discharge conduit (15) connected with the consumer. Above the vertical inner cylinder (6) movable housing Venturi tube (3) provided with a wind vane (1) is mounted via bearings (5). On the central axis of the Venturi tube (3) wind power plant (4) with the wind wheel and the generator is arranged. Housing of Venturi tube (3) is surrounded by a stationary annular air nozzle (2) fixed on the inner vertical cylinder (6).
EFFECT: obtaining of moisture from the air and increased electricity production.
