FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: technological components are distributed at the site in the pipelines system. Air injected under pressure into the pipelines system is used for transportation and dispersion of process components. Preliminary spraying or mixing the process components is carried out in the mixing chamber by injected air flow. They are released into the working area through open holes of the pipelines. Depending on meteorological conditions, injection is carried out under the pressure of air with various temperatures and humidity. Forced pressure control of the injected air from minimum to maximum possible is carried out at the time amplitude of 1-5 seconds. The flows from upper and lower pipelines, directed toward each other at different angles, create the turbulent medium in the treatment area. The stationary process system of transporting air pipelines for creating the microclimate in vineyards includes the water source, the water pump, and the pipelines system. The system additionally contains the compressor, the water heater, the air heater and cooler, and the mixing chamber. The pipelines system is presented in the form of a main pipeline and working pipelines of smaller diameter, connected to it, placed at the top and bottom of each planting row and equipped with perforation in the form of openings made along the entire length of the working pipelines in belts, perpendicularly or at an angle to the surface of the pipes at equal distances from 20 to 100 cm. The hole belts on the lower pipeline are made only on the upper half of 150° of the cross-section. The hole belts on the upper working pipeline are made round, across the entire pipeline surface in the number twice more than on the lower pipeline.
EFFECT: improving the irrigation process, maintaining optimal conditions of vineyards growth, vegetation and fruiting.
