FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two floats and two transmissions with the land and the water propellers. Each transmission is fixed in its frame installed rotatably with respect to floats around the vertical axis. Wherein the land and the water propellers are fixed on every transmission frame, so that the thrust vector direction of said propellers with respect to the transmission frame is constant.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and providing the simultaneous ground drive and steering unit from one vehicle wheel.
