FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method of law enforcement agency access to the coded data exchange between a sender device and a receiving device comprising the steps on which in a keys control server functional link: of cryptographic information used to code the data exchange in the database is stored (S16, S20), the cryptographic information is linked with an identifier used to identify a coded data exchange between the sender device and receiving device, wherein the cryptographic information comprises cryptographic information derived both in the sender device and the receiving device; a request coming from the law enforcement authority is accepted (S32) for legal interception. The request includes the identification data of the object for lawful interception; the object identification data for determining the noted identifier are used (S33) and the cryptographic information linked with the identifier is extracted from the database. Cryptographic information is adapted to use for decoding the noted coded data exchange; and the information derived from the cryptographic information or decoded data exchange is sent (S34) to the law enforcement agency.
EFFECT: providing the ability to find quickly all the cryptographic information relating to the encrypted data exchange, and send it to the law enforcement agency.
