FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: core barrel contains a tubular body, upper and lower sub gears, a drill head, a core receiver. The core receiver is made in the form of one or more core-receiving pipes and one or more core-receiving couplings interconnected by a thread, and comprises in the upper part a rotary support and an adjustable suspension, and in the lower part there is a device for separating the core in the form of a collet and lever core- in the form of a diaphragm, overlapping the cavity of the core receiver from the face. In the support of rotation of the core receiver, a threaded plug is installed, which covers the cavity of the core receiver from the cavity of the tubular body. The cavity of the core receiver between the diaphragm and the screw plug in the rotation support is filled with insulating liquid. In the threaded connection of the core-receiving coupling and the core-receiving tube, internal longitudinal grooves are made on the internal thread portion of the core-receiving coupling from the side of the threaded part of the internal thread. On the part of the external thread of the core-receiving pipe, external longitudinal grooves are made from the side of the threaded part of the external thread. These inner and outer longitudinal grooves are located on opposite sides to the middle part of mentioned threaded connection with the possibility of communication when the outer longitudinal grooves of the core-receiving pipe and the internal longitudinal grooves of the core-receiving coupling are interrupted between themselves and with the cavity of the core.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the core sampler for selecting an isolated core, preventing emergency situations and ensuring safety when disassembling the core receiver.
