FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: flight control surfaces system (FCS) contains the control surfaces (CS), divided into sections, which serve to control the flight functions and connected to the follow-up electromechanical actuators (EMA); control units (CU), follow-up EMA FCS; electrodrives CU of follow-up EMA; central CU; angular position sensors of each output shaft follow-up EMA; position sensors of each CS section. The first section, the most distant from the aircraft longitudinal axis, has the smallest area, and each following section towards the aircraft longitudinal axis has an area equal to the multiplication of the first section area to the section serial number. Each electric motor EMA of each section CS is a brushless permanent magnet DC motor. EMA has the wave multistage reducer, connected with the rotor shaft of the electric motor, with bodies of rotation and gear ratio selecting from the range of 500…4000.
EFFECT: uniform load distribution, taken up by fins framework.
