FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: composite phalloendoprosthesis with controlled erection consists of proximal and distal parts. The proximal part is narrowing in the proximal direction. The proximal part includes a telescopic mechanism and a receiving locking mechanism. The movable part of the telescopic mechanism, partially extends and fixes in the locking mechanism, providing reliable erection of the penis. The locking mechanism is opened due to temporary straightening of the physiological bend in the zone of cavernous bodies divergence by means of finger pressure thereon.
EFFECT: phalloendoprosthesis can be shortened intraoperatively to the size of the treated channel.
