FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rotational mechanism 1, a drive shaft 2, a cutting crown 5, an accumulator 8. The rotational mechanism 1 is of the shock-pulse rotation type. The shaft 2 is made with a cylindrical part of the screw 3 and a conical screw tip 4. The crown 5 is made with cutting projections 6 of semicircular shape, arranged along the perimeter of the end circumference and has at least one fixed screw coil 7 on the outer surface. Wherein the crown 5 is rigidly fixed by the inner surface in the area of the base of the conical screw tip 4 on at least one screw coil 7. The samples are cut from a fodder monolith by the rotational mechanism 1 with the penetration of the cutting crown 5. The rotational mechanism 1 creates shock-pulse rotation, the shock pulses of which on the crown 5 decrease or increase at the occurrence moments of resistance to cutting to the value of overcoming the force of this resistance. The reactive torque occurring at shock-pulse cutting is compensated by the shock-pulse rotational mechanism and is not transmitted to the operator.
EFFECT: efficiency of sampling and high cyclic speed of plant sampling by depth.
