FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: temperature measuring device comprises a resistive temperature sensor 1 included in the driving circuit of the waiting multivibrator 2, whose output is via a series-connected controllable multivibrator 3, an electroacoustic delay line 4 and the amplifier 5 is connected to the control input of the waiting multivibrator 2, whose output is also connected to the first Input of the AND logic circuit 6, the second input of which is connected to the output of the reference frequency generator 7. In this case, the output of the AND circuit 6 is connected to the count input of the reverse pulse counter 8 (PC) whose outputs through the OR gate 9 are connected to the count input of the flip-flop 10 connected by its outputs to the control inputs of the operation modes of the reversing pulse counter 8. The device makes it possible to obtain measurement results with high accuracy directly in the digital form of increments of the pulse duration with respect to the duration at zero temperature.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the device by eliminating the instability of the controlled multivibrator and the delay line.
