FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method calibrates for determining and recording the median coordinates of the indicators in the camera's coordinate system (1). Then, the laser pairs (6) are introduced - the light indicator (5) from the first to the last pair of triggered clock pulses fed from the clock generator are successively turned on and the laser spot (6) coordinates and the corresponding indicator (5) are fixed by the video camera (1). The camera frame is analysed (1) by using the available coordinates of the indicators (5) detected during calibration. Herewith the identification of the laser aiming points is carried out without a sectoral division of the shooting area.
EFFECT: increasing the identification effectiveness of the laser aiming points.
