FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method of recognizing a confidential photograph, comprising the steps of: obtaining a photograph library of a user terminal. The photograph library contains, at least, one photograph to be processed; a set of training samples is received. The set of training samples contains the first class of training photographs and the second class of training photographs. The first class of training photographs is confidential photographs containing private parts, the second class of training photographs is not confidential photographs that do not contain private parts; the first class of training photographs and the second class of training photographs are introduced into the original model of recognizing the confidential photographs in an arbitrary order so that the feature coefficients between the hidden layer nodes in each hidden layer of the original confidential photograph recognition model are trained to obtain a model of recognizing the confidential photograph; a set of control samples is obtained. The set of control samples contains the first class of control photographs and the second class of control photographs. The first class of control photographs is confidential photographs containing private parts, and the second class of control photographs is not confidential photos that do not contain private parts; the first class of control photographs and the second class of control photographs are recognized in the control sample set, respectively, by applying the confidential photograph recognition model to obtain classification results corresponding to each of the control photographs; and the accuracy degree of the recognizing model classification for a confidential photograph is determined based on the classification results corresponding to each of the control photographs; the photograph is recognized to be processed by using the confidential photograph recognizing model to determine, whether the photograph to be processed is a confidential photograph; and the photograph to be processed is saved in a private photo album in case, when the photograph to be processed is a confidential photograph.
