SUBSTANCE: method involves causing moult in the poultry after the first productive period by means of starvation with the exit from the hungry regime for subsequent keeping during the new production period. Wherein the hens of "Haysex Brown" cross after 9 days of feed deprivation are given mixed feed enriched with probiotic "Bacell", in the amount of 0.2-0.3%, starting with 1/3 of the norm and gradually increasing its amount by 5 g per day up to the norm. During the period of feed deprivation, the poultry is given water in plenty, and from the first day without feeds, complex vitamins "Lovit" in the amount of 6 ml per head per day are added to the water. The probiotic "Bacell" is used in dry form - in the form of powder.

EFFECT: implementation of invention allows to increase the egg production of the parent flock of hens with an increase in the yield of the hatching eggs and chickens during the incubation of these eggs, which ensures increasing the poultry farm operation efficiency.
