FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: joint of compressor rotors and gas turbine engine turbine comprises of a compressor shaft and a turbine shaft connected by a flange connection, in which the ends of the flanges are directed into the shafts. The joint is equipped with a split ring, set in an annular groove, made in flanges butting position, from their inner surfaces. The outer surface of the split ring and annular groove mating surfaces are wedge-shaped. The compressor shaft or turbine shaft are equipped with an annular centring collar covering the area of the neighbouring shaft along its outer diameter. Furthermore, the above shafts are made of materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion.
EFFECT: extension of the application area of joints of compressor and turbine shafts due to the fact that the claimed joint may be used with shafts made of materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion, while maintaining the alignment of the shafts and avoiding excessive vibrations in all engine operation modes.
