SUBSTANCE: modulator of the impulse transmitter contains a control pulse generator connected to the primary winding of the pulse transformer in parallel with which a termination resistor is connected, the first terminal of the secondary winding of the pulse transformer through the antiparasitic resistor is connected to the control grid of the microwave device and the second terminal of the secondary winding with a negative output of the bias source and the first output of the storage capacitor, the second terminal of which is connected to the positive terminal of the bias source, microwave device cathode and the negative terminal of the collector voltage source, the positive terminal of which is grounded and connected to the collector of the microwave device.

EFFECT: simplifying the device and increasing the reliability thereof.
