FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: method for saving ejected pilot comprises braking pilot by filling the tank with gas lighter than air. After ejection of the pilot and parachute opening the pilot is oriented in the landmark, a safe landing area is marked, the wind vector is determined and if the wind is following additional windage is created by lifting and unfolding the hood of the pilot's jumpsuit on the shroud lines, constant air duct propulsion is created by turbine during following wind, periodic air duct propulsion is created during wind nil. When approaching the altitude which is dangerous for the pilot, the altitude of possible killing of pilot by the enemy's light weapon, the altitude of forest fire flames, when falling in the broad water area the pilot's jumpsuit cavities are filled with gas lighter than air. The device for implementing the method of saving ejected pilot comprises a reservoir filled by the compressed gas lighter than air. The pilot also has a jumpsuit with attached hood and there are air turbine and a battery connected to the switch, one output of the switch is connected to the air turbine and the second output is connected to the pipeline connecting the tank with cavities of the jumpsuit via a controllable valve, positioned at the waist belt. Air turbine is designed to move along the pilot's belt and has openings at the end of the curb pressed to the pilot's belt.
EFFECT: enhanced capacity for saving pilot.
