SUBSTANCE: method for controlling the installation of a seismoacoustic transducer according to which a receiving-emitting active element is used, in addition to the seismoacoustic transducer housing, a multipath fiber-optic interferometer is installed that is acoustically isolated from the working surface of the seismoacoustic transducer. Determining the displacement of the surface on which it is installed, and by comparing at the same time the levels of the excitation signal of the seismoacoustic transducer and the displacement of the object surface, the quality of the installation of the seismoacoustic transducer on the object is judged.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the installation of the seismoacoustic transducer on the object.
