FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: delta modulator includes a microphone with an amplifier, a time sampler with a pulse generator connected to its high-frequency input, and an amplifier-limiter of the signal amplitude connected to its output. Moreover, a one-band signal generator, an auxiliary carrier frequency oscillator, a coherent detector, a phase shifter for 90° are introduced. The output of the amplifier microphone is connected to the low-frequency input of the sampler via a series-connected one-band signal driver, a coherent detector, and the auxiliary carrier frequency oscillator by its output is connected to the high-frequency input of the one-band signal driver directly and to the reference input of the coherent detector through the phase shifter for 90°.
EFFECT: improving the quality of radio communications.
