FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: oil-removal piston unit contains oil-removal rings (3), (4), (6), (7) the crimping ring (5) located in piston bore (8). The elasticity of the overlying oil-bearing rings is higher than the elasticity of the underlying oil-removal rings. The efficiency of the oil removal device is achieved by adjusting the radial pressure of the working surfaces of the rings on cylinder 1 wall by using rings with different heights H4>H3>H2>H1, or with different hardness, or both. Such a design solution allows to regulate the radial pressure of rings (3), (4), (6) and (7) on cylinder 1 wall, realizing the differentiated principle of oil removal from the wall surface of cylinder 1, using "roughing", "semi-finished" and "clean" oil-removal rings.
EFFECT: unit provides the calculated thickness of the oil film on the cylinder wall, the least mechanical friction losses and hydraulic resistance to piston movement, and the minimum possible oil consumption in the burn.
