SUBSTANCE: method for express control of thermotechnical qualities of building structures materials includes operations for capacity measurement, its transformation into pulse trains, transmission of information to measuring and computing unit, calculation of the required parameters by individual formulas for each parameter, and recording of these values ​​on the display element. In this case the calculation of the required parameters is performed by common formula Yi=ai+bi.ΔX+ci(ΔX)2, where Yi - desired parameter; ai, bi, ci - empirical constants obtained experimentally and entered into read-only memory of the device; ΔX - difference between numbers of pulses in trains transmitted to the measuring and computing unit before and after installation of the sensor on the surface of the controlled structure, respectively, and the number of determined parameters is more than two (i>2).

EFFECT: expansion of functionality consisting in increased number of measurable parameters, and simplification of calculations.
