FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: equipment is proposed in the form of two identical supports and a loading tip with rounded contact surfaces for three-point flexure testing of constructive-like samples of a hybrid wing panel with longitudinal stringers. The length of the loading tip is than the length of, at least, one of the panel sample sheathing sides, each support has the shape of a straight rod with a rectangular cross section, the length of each leg is longer than the distance between the outer side shelf edges of the outer stringers, each support has a recess of rectangular cross section for each stringer depth of, at least, the stringer flange height and the width recess base equal to the width of the stringer to the main shelf deviation H and accuracy not worse than quality class 9, wherein the rounded bottom of each notch is a contact surface of the support, and biasing contact surface of the tip area and the contact surface area of each support are determined from the conditions of the stress occurrence in the sample in a test voltage below the local crushing and brittle fracture of the hybrid linings.
EFFECT: fixing the stringers and providing the sustainability of the constructive-like sample hybrid welded panels in three-point flexure testing process, preventing the capabilities of local crushing and brittle fracture of the hybrid linings by reducing tensions arising in the sample during the test, below the voltage level of the local crushing and brittle fracture of the hybrid linings.
