SUBSTANCE: communication system is proposed, comprising: a SIP proxy-server and one or more gateways of digital mobile radio (DMR) to ensure the SIP proxy-server communication with one or more DMR networks matching the PMR functions; wherein each DMR gateway is associated with the SIP identifier (ID) and configured to: interpret the message from the SIP proxy-server to control the DMR functions of the signal/data/voice transmission to the DMR terminals; initiate the DMR function on behalf of the DMR terminals, and implement requests for the DMR function of the signal/data/voice transmission to the destinations of other network. The DMR gateway is further adapted to: transcode the resulting registration information of the DMR terminal specific to the manufacturer in the SIP REGISTER message to provide perception of the DMR terminal in the SIP proxy-server as a user SIP agent and control it, and the SIP proxy-server is configured to: control the DMR functions of the signal transmission, including the voice call connection setup, and the DMR functions of the data transmission using the SIP MESSAGE method, and/or control the group DMR functions of the signal/data/voice transmission.
EFFECT: provision of enhanced session initiation protocol for digital mobile radio networks with coordination of private professional mobile radio functions.
